Lauren will go from the very beginning and we’ll be playing simple tunes before the end. \nThis is a Severn Folk Club workshop run by our guest artist Lauren South\, who is performing in the evening. \nPlease note – if you have a Severn Folk membership\, you’ll need to purchase your ticket (including a workshop/concert bundle) via the member’s booking form or at a club night to receive your discount. \nIf you buy a ticket for both the concert and the workshop\, you will get a special discounted price for both events (applied at checkout) of £18 (£16 for members). DESCRIPTION:Severn Folk are thrilled to be hosting a Bouzouki workshop by legend Benji Kirkpatrick (of Bellowhead\, Faustus\, Seth Lakeman Band and Steeleye Span fame)\, in the afternoon before his concert in the evening. \nThis hour-and-a-half workshop will be targeted to intermediate Bouzouki players and will be exploring aspects such as chord inversions\, playing melody and finger training exercises.
