The launch night of Severn Folk, Shrewsbury’s new monthly Folk club, will feature floor performances from local Folk musicians, music from the Severn Folk resident band and will honour the original Shrewsbury Folk Club, with a few performances, memories and stories from some of the original members. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve enjoyed listening to Folk your entire life or are only just discovering it.

Tickets are £3 at the door. Membership cards, £5 a year, will also be available and give a discount off all Severn Folk events (including guest nights) in the year, so well worth doing for those who plan on coming regularly. The Reabrook Social Club is a lovely space with a bar and plenty of parking.

Doors open at 6:30pm, music starts at 7pm. No open floor spots will be available this month, sorry!
