Green Man Morris was formed in 2021 with well over 20 years experience between us. We are a mixed Border side from the border towns of Nantwich, Cheshire, and Whitchurch, Shropshire. We are a member of Open Morris. Our repertoire consists of traditional dances from the Welsh borders and also newer dances in the border style, some devised by ourselves. We dance in and around North Shropshire and South Cheshire and we have danced at Chester Folk Festival, Sandbach Day of Dance and the JMO Days of Dance in Chester and Stockport.

We meet for practice most Tuesdays from 7.30 to 9.30, alternating between Whitchurch and Faddiley.

All are welcome – dancers and musicians – whatever your level of experience. The more the merrier!
