Still led by the brilliant John Kirkpatrick and celebrating their 50th birthday in 2025, the Bedlams are as full of life now as when they stopped everyone in their tracks with their first appearances all those years ago. Twinned with their female counterparts, Martha Rhoden’s Tuppenny Dish, the men’s side have over twenty dancers, the youngest aged 12, the oldest pushing on 80. Dancing at local events and big UK folk festivals, you’ll not forget the first time you watch the Shropshire Bedlams!
